DCEM 1000
measures the dust level by absorption of a visible light beam in the smoke. A transmitter and a receiver are installed diametrically on the chimney and an electronic display the measurement which may be in opacity, extinction or dust density in mg / m3.
Designed for individual measurement, it is supplied with its power supply unit, its electronics, a display and a function keyboard, which generates the analog outputs and contacts.
This opacimeter is used for small and medium size processes (small and medium boilers, etc.).
DCEM 2000
A dual-beam opacimeter configured for continuous measurement of Opacity and dust concentration in flue gases. Its unique concept evaluates the transmission of two beams in reverse path through the chimney. It therefore measures the weight index, but also dynamically evaluates any contamination of the optics or any misalignment.
This analyzer can receive 4 analog inputs dedicated to standardization: pressure, temperature, oxygen and water vapor. Suitable for any important process. It is integrated directly into the CODEL SmartCEM measurement chain.
The stakGard
It employs the recognized principle of triboelectricity to directly measure particle mass concentration by collecting the frictional charge created when particles collide with a conductor. The electronics of the StakGard detects this signal which is seen by the operator via a modulated LED display. The StakGard probe is designed specifically for baghouse piercing control. It meets the needs of the operator who needs robust, reliable and precise indicative monitoring.
